Throughout the year we receive information about grants and scholarships available to Athletes, Administrators and Coaches in NSW. We will endeavour to include this information on the website as quickly as possible.
Please note that unless otherwise indicated WS NSW has no part in the selection of recipients or assessment processes.
Ashley Coops BEM Trust– Available year round
The Ashley Coops BEM Trust is dedicated to the development of young Australians.
The Trust was specifically set up to support juniors in need; awarding monetary scholarships to juniors wanting to further their sporting goals and ambitions.
Applicants are to be under 19 years of age at the time of application.

The ParaQuad - Golden Stave Foundation Scholarships
The Golden Stave Foundation Scholarship are available starting at $1000 each, for people with spinal injury, to be used for primary and high school education- course fees, equipment to assist with studies, transport and accommodation in relation to study. The scholarships can also be used for Sport & recreation activities- training and/or equipment that will provide future income prospects. For more information click here.
The ParaQuad - NRMA Insurance Scholarships
There are three NRMA Insurance Scholarships each up to the value of $5,000, for tertiary students in NSW who have an acquired spinal cord injury. The scholarships can provide funds for course fees, transport & accommodation in relation to study, assistance such as carers, scribes and tutors, hardware and tools assistance, computer system, textbooks and training etc. .
