VALE JEREMY DOYLE

Vale Jeremy Doyle 2/11/83 - 18/12/12
_It's with great sadness to share the news of the passing of Jeremy Doyle passed away Sunday morning.

Jeremy had been re-diagnosed with cancer in august this year, unfortunately he couldn't win this one of many battles he has had to overcome in his short life.

"JD", as he was affectionately known, has only been around wheelchair sports and wheelchair basketball for a short period. In that short time he has made such an impact on everybody he met & never let anything stop him from achieving what he wanted.

On the court, was a fantastic athlete playing wheelchair rugby league and wheelchair basketball as his main sports of choice. JD had played in the National Wheelchair Basketball League for the Wenty Leagues Wheelkings (2008-09), the Wollongong Rollerhawks (2010) and the Razorbacks (2011)

JD had recently married the love of his life Mel just over two weeks ago, even though they had such a short time together they made a lovely husband & wife.

Everyone at Wheelchair Sports NSW expresses their condolences to his wife, friends and family.

In Lieu of flowers the family have requested donations to be made to Wheelchair Sports NSW, click here to make a donation.
