3 days of Elite Racing
This event allows Australian athletes to compete against some of the world's best para-athletes on the Blacktown International Sportspark Athletics Track. The 2027 meet will be held over 3 days and will include the Australian Athletics 1500m and 5000m Senior Wheelchair Championships.

Blacktown International Sports Park Athletics Centre
The event will be held at the Blacktown International Sports Park Athletics Centre, a premier athletics facility featuring a Mondo synthetic track. The world-class track surface provides athletes with an exceptional competition environment, supporting high-level performances and delivering a quality experience for athletes, officials and spectators.

All welcome
The event is once again open to all wheelchair racers, frame runners, and seated throwers; allowing developing and young athletes to compete and challenge themselves against strong competition. 

Mentor Clinics
The popular Mentor Clinic will return on Friday 29 January 2027. The clinic will feature several interesting and captivating presentations targeted at all athletes, regardless of what stage they're at in their athletic career. 

Team Uniform
We will provide each registered athlete with uniform to represent their State/Territory.

Accommodation
We have arranged accommodation at the Novotel Sydney West HQ, with Standard Twin share rooms and Twin Accessible share rooms available. You can book accommodation directly with the hotel using this link:

We can only gurantee the rooms 60 days before check-in. Please register before November 28th, 2026 to take advantage of the accommodation offers. Rooms are limited, operating on a first-come, first-served basis.

Transport will be provided for all hotel guests travelling to the Blacktown International Sports Park Athletics Centre for listed training sessions and the track meet.

Transport
Airport transfers will be provided from Sydney Airport to Blacktown on January 27th and 28th. Athletes will also be provided airport transfers at the end of the track meet, on January 31st.

If you arrive before the 27th, but after the 24th of January, please reach out to harryc@wsnsw.org.au to organise transport.

If you arrive before the 24th of January, and/or depart after the 31st of January, you must arrange your own transport to/from your accommodation.
