Could you be Australia's next Paralympian?

Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT is teaming up with the NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) to offer an exciting Talent Search & Pathway Day!

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals aged 13 years and over with a physical disability to discover their sporting potential and explore pathways towards high-performance and Paralympic sport.

Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Discover your potential through physical testing and assessments led by NSWIS experts.

• Explore different Para sports, including wheelchair basketball, athletics, boccia, badminton, table tennis, powerlifting and swimming, where available.

• Learn about classification and how it applies to different Para sports.

• Receive personalised advice about sporting opportunities and potential high-performance pathways.

• Connect with coaches and experts who can help guide your next steps in Para sport.

Who can attend?

Individuals aged 13+ with a physical disability who have not previously participated in the NSWIS Para Unit's programs.

No previous sporting experience is required — just a willingness to get involved and discover your potential!

Spaces are limited, and registrations must be submitted at least four weeks before the event to allow for eligibility screening.
