Adaptive Lawn Bowls Festival

Lawn Bowls is a sport for everyone - people with a physical disability can participate equally with able-bodied competitors. There are no rule changes to rules and competitors can compete on both normal green and synthetic surfaces.

ADAPTIVE LAWN BOWLS FESTIVAL

The Adaptive Lawn Bowls Festival brings bowlers with different disabilities together for an inclusive and social celebration of Adaptive Lawn Bowls.

The Festival welcomes bowlers with a physical disability, blind bowlers, deaf bowlers, bowlers with an intellectual disability and bowling arm bowlers. The Pairs competition gives players the opportunity to compete within their Adaptive Category, while the Mixed Category Fours brings players from different categories together in the same teams.

With no classification requirement, no age or gender restrictions and free entry for participating players, the Festival is designed to make Adaptive Lawn Bowls accessible and welcoming to as many people as possible.
